Our Mission

The purpose of the Club is to foster and promote youth soccer through education and training in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Soccer Federation, the Federation International Football Association

The Club has policies and structure in place to help the families it serves:

• Players

–  Evaluation of players for travel teams are based on their skill level at time of tryout

–  Skills evaluated by Board Members and Coaches

• Objective

• Independent

• New look at players

– Skills evaluated include ball handling, passing, striking, technical knowledge of the game

• Coaches

–  Board selects Head Coach

–  Head Coach selects from a group of approved coaches based on players selected for a team

–  Criteria: Soccer experience, soccer coaching experience, ability to work with parents, players and co-coaches, and coaches from other teams

–  Selected coaches must attend CBSC coaches meeting to be approved

–  CPR/AED certification
